چکیده

The Cover Feature illustrates the acylation reaction of cyclodextrin (CD)-based [3]rotaxane. In this system, one [3]rotaxane has 36 hydroxyl groups on two CD units, and excess methacryl anhydride was added, as shown background. However, approximately only unit (highlighted by yellow color) introduced to ring when condition properly designed, probably owing steric hindrance.
